Big park runners

Starting running can be hard, and keeping it going can be even harder. That's why Big park Runners have a variety of group running options to help keep you motivated and enjoy your workout!

Whether you are looking to start running with their couch to 5k, or take things further with running, Big Park Runners have something for you.

For beginners there is a Couch to 5K course. Go from zero to 30 mins non-stop running in 9 weeks! It’s free, fun, friendly and happens:

On Fridays, starting 4/1/19, from 1pm-2pm, at Big Park, Piddinghoe Avenue, Peacehaven, meeting outside Gateway Café

On Tuesdays, starting 15/1/19, from 9am-10am, at Denton Corner Bus Stop

On Wednesday, starting 16/1/19, from 6:45am-7:45am. The location is to be confirmed, let them know your interest and they can keep you in the loop

For improvers there is a sociable weekly workout to help improve your fitness and running with like- minded people and a run leader who caters for all levels. This does cost £3.50 per weekly session. It takes place Wednesdays, 10am -11am at  Big Park, Piddinghoe Avenue, Peacehaven. Meet outside Gateway Cafe
